There have been several Koko the Clown and Out of the Inkwell collections released over the years on VHS, LaserDisc, and DVD. As far as I can tell, none of them include KoKo’s Earth Control. Luckily it has been restored by the UCLA Film Archive and is available on YouTube.
Update March 12, 2026: KoKo’s Earth Control makes its home video debut this May on a Blu-ray Disc collection called Fleischer Cartoons: Greatest Hits, Volume 1 on the ClassicFlix label, listed below:
